We lived in Westerdale (in farct two of us were born there at Hall Farm 1958 & 59) We now live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and have done since 1970. We enjoy looking at the Westerdale website and seeing what is going on back in North Yorkshire. Especially we enjoyed seeing the floods at Osiker Crook and remember the cricket field being flooded as well as sledging down the Huntersty Hill with Hilda from Broadgate when the school bus couldn't get through. I also remember catching eels in the Esk close to where the video was shot from.
